Grimms
Grimms is a family owned and sustainably managed toy manufacturer at the foot of the Swabian Alb, in Germany, which produces natural, high quality and safe wooden toys made to officially certified standards. In product development, they are guided by the principles of Waldorf education and other educational approaches, such as Montessori.
All wood is sourced from sustainably managed forests in Europe. They use alder, lime, beech and maple trees. The wooden toys are coated only with natural oil and stained with water based colours.
All of Grimms' products are manufactured and tested in accordance with the safety requirements of the European (EN71) and American (ASTM) Toy Safety Standards.
All colours and oils are certified in accordance with the EN 71 and CPSIA/ASTM 963 standards.
