For UK customers, order as late as Thursday the 19^th December to receive your order before Christmas on our Standard Shipping Service (Royal Mail, 48hr tracked)

Or if you select and pay for Next Day Shipping, you can order as late as Sunday the 22^nd December to get your MamaOwl order delivered on the 24^th of December, in time for Christmas!

Please note that the Next Day delivery service does not apply to areas in Scotland, considered by our couriers as ‘remote areas’.

USA

For all US orders over GBP £100 (approx 130 dollars), you can order as late as Tuesday the 17^th Dec for delivery before Christmas.

USA: orders under GBP £100 (approx 130 dollars), order no later than Thursday 12th December 

This is because orders over £100 are send with a courrier and orders below are send with Royal Mail Postal Service. You can however choose express service for smaller orders.

AUSTRALIA: For Australia standard tracked and signed orders, please place your orders no later than Thursday the 5th December. For Australia Express service orders, place your order no later than Monday the 16^th December

CANADA: For Canada standard tracked orders, place your order no later than Thursday 12th December. For Canada Express service orders, place your order no later than Thursday the 19^th December

JAPAN: For Japan standard tracked and signed orders, please place your orders no later than Sunday the 15th December. For Japan Express service orders, place your order no later than Tuesday the 17^th December

SOUTH KOREA: For South Korea standard tracked and signed orders, please place your orders no later than Thursday the 12th December. For South Korea Express service orders, place your order no later than Tuesday the 17^th December

AFRICA, ASIA, CARIBBEAN, CENTRAL and SOUTH AMERICA, FAR and MIDDLE EAST please order by Thursday 5th December. We also offer an Express service for orders placed no later than 15^th December for most destinations, but please email us so we can check delivery timing and if there is any additional costs for your destination.

Please note although these are the dates given to us by our individual couriers, we cannot account for local delays caused by customs, weather, strikes or transport issues. Orders placed over the Christmas holidays are not guaranteed to arrive before the 31^st of December/New Year.

CUSTOMER SERVICE – during the holiday period:

We will be closed 25^th - 26th December for Christmas Holidays and will be open again on Friday 27th December, as well as Monday the 30^th and Tuesday the 31^st December. 

Our customer service team are also on Christmas Holidays, so emails will not be replied to during these days and the weekend between Christmas and New Year. Please be patient, as we work our way through emails as fast as we can, on our return. There might be delays while we work to catch up – this also applies to customer returns processing. Thank you!
