If you select and pay for Next Day Shipping, you can order as late as Tuesday the 23rd December before 12 noon to get your MamaOwl order delivered on the 24th of December, in time for Christmas!

On our Standard Shipping service, please order no later than Thursday the 18th December to receive your order before Christmas (Royal Mail, 48hr tracked)
Please note that the Next Day delivery service does not apply to areas considered by our couriers as ‘remote areas’ in Scotland, the highlands and islands.

AUSTRALIA: For Australia standard tracked orders, please place your orders no later than Thursday the 4th December. For Australia Express service orders, place your order no later than Thursday the 18th December.

CANADA: For Canada standard tracked orders, place your order no later than Thursday 11th December. For Canada Express service orders, place your order no later than Thursday the 18th December.

JAPAN: For Japan standard tracked orders, please place your order no later than Monday the 15th December. For Japan Express service orders, place your order no later than Thursday the 18th December.

SOUTH KOREA: For South Korea standard tracked orders, please place your orders no later than Thursday the 11 th December. For South Korea Express service orders, place your order no later than Wednesday the 17th December.

OTHER COUNTRIES: For countries not mentioned above in Africa, Asia, The Caribbean, Central and South America, Far and Middle East, please order by Thursday 4th December. We can also offer Express service with orders placed no later than Tuesday 16th December for most destinations, but please email us, so we can check delivery timing and if there is any additional costs for your destination.

Please note although these are the dates given to us by our individual couriers, we cannot account for local delays caused by customs, weather, strikes or transport issues. Orders placed over the Christmas holidays are not guaranteed to arrive before the 31^st of December/New Year.

Our shipping providers are working hard around the clock to cope with unprecedented demand - they are being amazing!

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE – during the holiday period:

We will be closed 25th - 26th - 27th and 28th of December for Christmas Holidays and will be in again on Monday the 29th of December, as well as Tuesday the 30th and Wednesday the 31st December. However please note that we cannot guarantee that orders shipped after the Christmas break will arrive before the 31st of December.
Our customer service team are also on Christmas Holidays, so emails will not be replied to during our closing days and during the weekend in between Christmas and New Year. Please be patient as we will work our way through emails from you as fast as we can, when we are back in. There might be delays due to a back log of emails – this also applies to customer returns processing. Thank you!
