Tracked and Signed items can take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive and at the current time some countries are taking longer. Please be aware that if your local customs randomly select a package to be checked, this can take longer and it is therefore out of our control. All regular shipping services are not guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 weeks, this is an estimate. If you need your order promptly, select the Express Delivery option.
We can not ship to PO boxes. Should a PO box address be used when placing your order, your package will be returned to us and there may be a re-ship fee to pay.
TAX & DUTIES:
For all countries any customs or import duties that are levied once the package reaches its destination country, are the customers responsibility. MamaOwl is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. MamaOwl has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. This will tell you all you need to know about what duties may be applicable to receive your package, before you place your order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond our control.
Australian customers: Orders over $1000 AUS dollars (Approx. £500-£540 depending on exchange rate) will be charged import duties. We suggest to place multiple smaller orders to avoid receiving charges on your orders.
If you refuse your parcel and it is sent back to us a restock fee of £15.00 will be taken off your refund.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number in an automated email when we process your shipping label. Please check your parcel's status using this number before contacting our customer service, if your parcel is delayed.
SIGNATURE RELEASE:
Some couriers offer a 'signature release' option which they will send via text or email just before your package is due to be delivered. We advise against using the 'signature release' option as there is sadly no compensation for theft or damage after the package has been delivered. By signing a signature release, the customer accepts full responsibility for the package once the courier has left it. As we are unable to replace goods in cases of loss or damage, when this option has been selected, we advise not to use it.
