I put this vest on my kid every day as his outer layer. His classroom keeps the windows open, and they eat lunch outside. He wears them to play in the park, take hikes in the woods, go ice skating, and of course just to stay cozy in class when the windows are open on a cold day. He's so warm in it he rarely needs his coat. I pair it with the boiled wool pants that are also sold on this site. I like that he's got a lot of mobility in the arms and shoulders. Useful for all the things kids need to do. I was even hoping there would be an adult-sized version. No luck with that, unfortunately.
