This season we have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you lots more knitwear using more British wools manufactured in our much loved Scottish factory.
Our aim is to use more and more wool from the beautiful fleece of British born and bred sheep keeping the supply chain closer to home.
We have also become a bit obsessed with the beauty of buttons and our cardigan buttons are made in England in the traditional way by Courtney & Co button company. A factory re-establishing the craft of button making in the UK.

This season we have two beautiful new yarns both pure British Wool.
Heritage Yarn
Made using the wool from fleeces of British sheep. The Heritage yarn in Peat, has gorgeous natural undyed nuances and Heritage Heather, in Walnut, Rowan & Sycamore are a perfect tonal palette, all dyed and spun in the UK.
Voe True Shetland Yarn
This yarn is pure, natural, undyed virgin wool
The Voe Sheep are a very hardy breed that live on the Shetland Isle of the Scottish mainland.
These sheep are often found navigating the dangerous Voe cliffs to reach the shores to eat seaweed in the ebb tide. The distinctive wool they produce is world renowned and was worn by Sir Edmund Hilary when conquering Everest in 1953.
We love it for being so natural and pure and of course amazingly warm.
We have had a lot of fun designing and developing this new range of knitwear and hope you love it as much as we do.
