Merino Wool is soft against the skin and great for insulation. This wool crepe is slightly thicker than the brand’s other base layers as it has been pre-washed and lightly boiled. Therefore it is denser and has a beautiful texture. The boiling process in no way hinders the stretch or flexibility of the material, hence the brand calls it wool crepe and not boiled wool.
