Let me first just say that I have grown to love this sweet bear so much because I got it as a gift to myself for moving far away from my family for the first time ever. I needed a cuddle buddy even as a grown 28 year old adult woman and it sure does do the job! lol. however, i was very surprised at the size because i expected it to be bigger for being labeled “large.” For some reason the online photos do somehow make the bear look bigger and more stuffed than it is in person. That is the only reason I knocked down a star especially for being so expensive and the shipping cost was crazy for just getting a small bear. Overall though, I am quite happy with the overall craftsmanship of the bear and he reminds me of a classic homemade bear from way back in the days.

I purchased this teddy bear specifically because I was sure it was made from natural materials only. However, after noticing some suspicious substance occasionally coming out of the bear, I contacted customer service to request a complete list of materials used. Unfortunately, they failed to provide a transparent answer.
This experience has been very disappointing. I spent considerable time searching for a truly natural teddy bear and thought I had finally found one. Clearly, I was mistaken. I cannot recommend this product to parents looking for genuinely natural toys for their children

The bear is so beautiful! I loved the personalised note included and the eco friendly packaging. Really was like opening a present when it was delivered

The bear may be of excellent quality but the size and its shape is far from what is portrayed.
