The Role
This is a part time role 2/3 days a week.
We are looking for an experienced and incredibly motivated marketing lead.
Someone who can take our marketing and planning and make it even more dynamic and effective.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, with an understanding of traditional marketing, slow marketing and digital marketing.
Someone who is inspiring and creative, someone who is customer focused and community driven and also incredibly organised and able to take full responsibility for all projects.
We are looking for someone who loves wool, natural fibres, outdoor living, and has an interested in sustainable living.
This role is based at our offices in Leyton, London and cannot be a remote role.
You will already be:
A Marketing and Brand leader who understands that great brands are built through trust, community, and cultural credibility, not just campaigns. You care about how a story is told and how it lands, how tone evolves, and how brands earn long-term loyalty from caring and passionate customers.
You will need to be able to:
· Fully develop, manage, and implement marketing strategies.
· Set objectives.
· Plan product launches.
· Develop, implement and track full digital campaigns.
· Set up and maintain a structure for our yearly marketing calendar.
· Manage our small marketing team and external consultants.
· Develop and maintain and grow relationships with our current suppliers, collaborators, brands & photographers and bring new “right for us” talent on board.
· Fully analyse our marketing performance and report back at weekly trade meetings with guidance around what’s hitting the mark or missing it!
- A Bit More about you:
- A proven marketing history with at least 10 years’ experience, ideally in a similar business.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to translate brand positioning into effective campaigns and execution.
- Strong track record of delivering campaigns, launches, and projects to a high standard.
- A creative thinker and enthusiastic marketer.
- Experience delivering cross-channel strategies that connect the brand to commercial outcomes and bring the right “new eyes”.
- Degree/diploma in marketing or relevant experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Action orientated and highly organised.
- Experience working with creators, media, and digital partnerships.
- Flexible in approach and strong on teamwork. Excellent people skills.
- Experience and up to date knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
