Before use:

Boil/handwash or run the bottle through the dishwasher initially to sterilize. Rubber teats should be sterilized for 5 minutes initially in boiling water, do not leave in longer!

After use:

The glass bottle is dishwasher safe or can be handwashed. The natural rubber should be handwashed under cold, running water using a mild liquid soap, do not put in dishwasher. The rubber is all natural and cannot be exposed to heat, please follow product care instructions for the rubber teats and cap.
