Parisa owns and run Fluffwear, a small Swedish hand-knitted brand. 

Known and loved for their signature diamond sweaters and beautiful spectrum of hand dyed colours.

The whole process from dyeing the wool by hand, to knitting, takes place mainly in Sweden with the help of a small team of knitters in Europe. 

The process of completing a collaboration starts with establishing the chosen colour palette which I then develop and hand dye in my studio in Malmö.

We then work with our hand knitters across Europe who hand knit all of the sweaters and finish everything by hand. The relationships with our knitters are the result of years of sampling and working together to nurture and grow into producing the perfect hand knitted fluffs.

Each piece is unique and filled with all of the age old techniques and traditional skills that have been handed down from our ancestors. Even down to the smallest details such as the cotton labels which are made in Europe and sewed in by hand."

The final products surpassed my expectations. Each piece is little work of art and most importantly contains all of the elements of producing clothing in harmony with our planet. It's what I want to see in my son's future - more brands like ours who can grow and flourish whilst holding sacred all that matters; our planet and their future. It has been such a joy working with MamaOwl on this project."
