 *For Next Day delivery orders must be placed before 12:00 GMT Monday to Friday (we deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays).

 *PLEASE NOTE, we cannot send Next Day to Northern Ireland and other remote locations (Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands etc take approximately three days using this service.)

DHL requires customers to sign for parcels. However, they offer customers the option of a "signature release" - please note DHL and MamaOwl are not liable to cover any loss when a signature release is used.

We send orders to Iceland, Monaco, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Ukraine and Cyprus with Royal Mail and customs is applicable.

'Tracked and Signed' items can take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive and at the current time some countries are taking longer.  Please be aware that if your local customs randomly select a package to be checked, this can take longer and it is therefore out of our control. All regular shipping services are not guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 weeks, this is an estimate. If you need your order promptly, select the Express shipping option.

We can not ship to PO boxes. Should a PO box address be used when placing your order, your package will be returned to us and there may be a re-ship fee to pay.
