Kamso is an ethical children's lifestyle brand inspired by African Heritage. Their ethos is built upon the beauty of African culture: embracing nature, utilising local craft skills and prioritising community wellbeing. Seyi, the owner of Kamso set up her brand to mirror the natural beauty and skilled craftsmanship that she associates with her heritage and to create the clothing that her son and other children worldwide should have access to. Made in Nigeria by skilled craftspeople. The brands aim is to further promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth within the region, by establishing an apprenticeship scheme and creating more jobs.

 We suggest you use liquid, eco-friendly detergent. Powder detergent contains mineral abrasives that can wear clothing prematurely.

Kamso's printed fabrics are made from wax cotton manufactured in Africa. We suggest you machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not wring or twist and hang dry vertically to encourage minimum creases, however a warm iron can be used if needed.

Due to the nature of printed wax cotton, some excess dye residue may be present on the garment. We advise to wash before wear to reduce the chance of colour transfer.

Cotton pieces should be washed at low temperature (30C) on a gentle cycle. We recommend you shake each garment before line drying to reduce wrinkles. A warm iron can be used if necessary.
