We accept paypal, apple pay, debit and credit cards.
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
We aim to post out orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Please note that during our peak seasons and around big launch days, this can be longer. Our peak season is between mid- September to about mid-February. Orders may take about 2 days before being shipped. If you need your order quickly, always use the Express or next day option. We use Royal Mail for standard UK shipping as well as their 'tracked and signed'/ 'signed' services, for shipping to the rest of the world. We ship with DPD to Europe as well as for our UK 'Next Day' service. We advise customers to download the DPD app for more control over their deliveries as well as better visibility of their shipments.
We use a 48 hour tracked service. However during sales and busy periods, new brand launches or when closed over holiday periods, it may take a few days longer for you to receive your order.
Delivery is £2.99 in the UK, if you spend more than 50 pounds it is free! Shipping days are Monday-Friday. We are closed at the weekends.
Cut off for next day delivery is currently 12.00 noon working day - any next day orders after this time will be sent 'next day' the following working day. *PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT SEND NEXT DAY PACKAGES TO NORTHERN IRELAND and other remote locations (Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands etc take approximately two days using this service.
EU, Switzerland and Norway delivery is £4.99.
(A few European countries are £7.99 due to higher cost of sending: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary and Greece among several others)
Packages will be sent either with DPD or Royal Mail to these destinations.
All applicable import duties are to be paid by the customer upon receipt.
USA, Japan & Canada is 9.99. This service is tracked and signed. Sent with Royal Mail.
Rest of the world is £19.99. This is with tracking in most countries! Russia, Japan, South Korea, and New Zealand are all sent Royal Mail 'Tracked and Signed' and can take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive. Please note, there are a few services which are sent 'Signed for'. These include Australia and Norway. Please be aware that if your local customs randomly select a package to be checked, this can take longer and it is therefore out of our control. All regular shipping services are not guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 weeks, this is an estimate. (Royal Mail allows 36 days for packages to reach their destinations). If you need your order promptly, select the Express shipping option which is a 2-4 days service.
Packages will be sent with Royal Mail and delivered in the recipient country by a local Courier.
*Monday to Thursday.
For destinations outside of the UK. This is a 2-4 days service from the point of the package being booked for collection. All orders for this service get booked between 9am Monday and 10am Thursday. Orders placed outside of these times will wait until the next booking day. Couriers used are DPD,TNT and UPS depending on location.
LOCAL PICK - UP:
We are based in Islington, North/East London. Select the 'Pick up at London Studio' option at the checkout, so you don't pay postage fees and your order will be held for you to collect. If you are unable to collect your order within a couple of weeks, please do email us and let us know. The best times are Tuesday to Friday 10:00-15:00! If you would like to return your item that is not a problem, providing it is unworn/undamaged and with all sales tags and any original packaging still intact. Please return within 28 days of receiving the item for a refund. Make sure to enclose a note with your name and order number inside the package so that we can trace your order and process it accordingly.
We are happy to send out exchanges free of charge within the UK, just let us know what you would like in your note! For international exchanges we ask you to place a new order online for the items you would like to receive. You can then return the original item by post, for a refund. We recommend you send it recorded, we are unfortunately not liable for any loss in transit. Items must be marked as 'returned goods' on all customs documents, otherwise the customer may be liable for customs charges on re-entry of the package. These will be deducted from any refunds, if applicable.
Please allow us 10 working days to process your return from the day we receive it. Should you need your exchange faster than this, we advise you to place a new order online.
If you are unhappy with anything you receive, please do email us immediately and let us know. Make sure to email us before posting anything back should this be the case. We are here to help!
